Become a Member

Becoming a Darling Member is a three part process. 

1. Newbies may request an invitation by filling out the Member Application Form below.

2. Darling Member's MUST vouch for Newbies using the Referring New Members form at the bottom of the page. This form is to be fill out by Darling Member's only.

3. Darling Reunion Member's will receive an email to verify that they are vouching for Newbies and MUST respond to that email. We do not have the time and resources to keep checking with Darling Reunion Members to verify referrals so it's very important to keep an eye on your inboxes. 

There will be no more referrals accepted after July 2, 2026.

Darling Reunion members must camp 2 years before referring a Newbie.

Once we've received Member Application Form, the Referring New Member form and the Darling Reunion Member who is vouching for you has responded to our email saying they think you'll be a good fit you'll receive a confirmation email telling you that you are now a Darling Reunion Member.

Invitations with instructions on how to purchase your ticket will be emailed to you on April 8, 2026. 

Tickets are first come, first serve so hop on it because we sell out every year!

As you all know, we have grown by leaps and bounds since we opened our gates in 1987 and have sold out every year. I am so grateful for every one of you and your loyalty.

Selling tickets through a public vendor was great and eased my burdens immensely. Sadly, it doesn’t allow me to pick and choose my campers or make sure that people who are disrespectful or destructive to our lovely campground aren’t allowed back in the following years. It's hard knowing tickets are being sold to those who aren’t interested in contributing in a constructive way to the kind of community that we are trying to build here while great people are unable to get tickets and have to go elsewhere. I want our good old campers here… at the Darling Reunion.

For all of my good, longtime campers, you have no worries. You will be on my DRM (Darling Reunion Member) list. Your friends and families will also be able to camp here on your referrals. New folks can also apply for a camping pass on a trial basis with a referral from an existing Darling Member if we have room. You will have to show picture ID to pick up your wristbands.

We take pride in a campground that boasts no blaring music at all hours of the night, where we don't have to chase people down when their friends sneak them in, causing overcrowding and disruptions, We really are trying to keep people safe here.

Just having folks know that if they’re too out of hand they won’t be invited back has made a huge difference. We have been able to build a real community where we reunite each year with our Darling Reunion family.  

Remember, you are responsible for educating the people that you refer into the Darling Reunion. When you invite trouble in, it reflects on you. I will also be working on my naughty list along with the rest of the crew. I’ll try to get around to visit as many people as possible during the Reunion.  

Please don’t misunderstand me, no one wants a bunch of Stepford Hippies mumbling into their hummus and nutritional yeast. I love spice and mischief more than anyone and look forward to welcoming home each and every one of you.

Together we have made this an even better nest than it already was.
